We went back to the basics when doing our research for these ultra-modern apartments with a sliding wall at the centre of it. We asked people what a wall means to them and found out the real-world implications can be used to highlight the product benefits. A wall is a barrier. A barrier to achieving something better. When we remove those barriers at home, we can remove them in our life around us.
Built on our customer journey research, we created a sitemap that allowed users to choose a journey according to their preferences. This helped them understand the product in relation to their needs. We also used the research to create “wow moments” across the website – sliding features, interactive maps, unique call-to-actions, moving infographics, etc.
